国产超高压阀门实现里程碑突破 PN3600测试见证会成功举行

权威专家齐聚，审视关键技术Leading Experts Gather to Scrutinize Key Technologies与会专家来自ECI、中石化物资装备部、镇海炼化、兰州石化、大庆石化工程公司等。会议伊始，专家们系统审阅了阀门的设计资料，并就材料选型、结构强度及密封性能等核心参数进行了深入研讨。

Participating experts came from organizations including ECI, Sinopec's Material & Equipment Department, Zhenhai Refining, Lanzhou Petrochemical, and Daqing Petrochemical Engineering Company. At the beginning of the meeting, experts systematically reviewed the valve's design documents and held in-depth discussions on core parameters such as material selection, structural strength, and sealing performance.

中石化物资装备部代表强调了此次突破的战略意义：“此次测试的阀门设计压力达3600磅级，其性能指标直接关系到大型石化装置的安全运行。成功国产化将为我国产业链安全提供坚实保障。”representative from Sinopec's Material & Equipment Department emphasized the strategic significance: "The valve tested has a design pressure of class 3600, and its performance indicators are directly related to the safe operation of large-scale petrochemical facilities.Successful domestic production will provide a solid guarantee for the security of our industrial chain."

实战测试验证卓越性能Field Tests Validate Outstanding Performance当日下午的实测环节是本次见证会的核心。专家团队全程参与了PN3600阀门的严格测试。

The field test session in the afternoon was the core of the conference. The expert team fully participated in the rigorous testing of the PN3600 valve.

超高压气体测试 / Ultra-high pressure gas test: 阀门在363MPa（约52000psi）的极端压力下，壳体及密封结构保持零泄漏，性能远超行业标准。

The valve maintained zero leakage in both its body and seal structure under an extreme pressure of 363 MPa (approximately 52000psi), significantly exceeding industry standards.高速动作测试 / High-speed operational test: 阀门在10mm行程内的实测动作时间仅0.04秒，较设计要求提升20%，测控精度达毫秒级，展现出毫秒级的卓越响应速度与可靠性。

The valve's actual actuation time over a 10mm stroke was only 0.04 seconds, a 20% improvement over the design requirement, demonstrating millisecond-level response speed and exceptional reliability.

现场专家评价道：“测试数据极具说服力，表明该阀门在超高压工况下的稳定性和耐久性已达到国际先进水平。”

On-site experts commented: "The test data is highly compelling, indicating that the valve's stability and durability under ultra-high pressure conditions have reached international advanced levels."

助力产业链自主可控Boosting Industrial Chain Autonomy

此次成功是无锡亚迪携手国内外合作伙伴，历时三年攻克多项技术壁垒后的成果。镇海炼化代表表示：“PN3600阀门的成功研发，

将大幅降低石化企业对进口设备的依赖。”

This success follows three years of collaborative efforts between Wuxi Yadi, domestic and international partners to overcome multiple technical barriers. A representative from Zhenhai Refining stated, "The successful development of the PN3600 valve will greatly reduce the petrochemical industry's dependence on imported equipment."

无锡亚迪总经理在会议总结中展望未来：“我们将持续深化产学研合作，推动超高压阀门技术向智能化、轻量化方向升级。” In his concluding remarks, the General Manager of Wuxi Yadi looked to the future: "We will continue to deepen industry-academia-research collaboration, driving the advancement of ultra-high pressure valve technology toward intelligent and lightweight solutions."
